How does Ad.ly work?

How is an Ad.ly ad disclosed?
The end of every Ad.ly post is marked with "(Ad)" notifying the publisher's audience that this is an advertisement. In order to ensure authenticity, every Ad.ly post has to be explicitly approved by the publisher and is disclosed as an ad.
Who writes the ad copy?
Advertisers write the ad copy, which the publishers can then approve or deny.
What happens if a publisher denies my campaign?
If a publisher denies a campaign, the advertiser will be refunded for that portion of their campaign purchase.
How and when is a campaign flighted?
While entering the campaign details, advertisers can specify the date they want a campaign to be flighted, and Ad.ly will do the rest.
How does Ad.ly track the effectiveness of campaigns?
For every campaign, advertisers can track the number of clicks from their advertiser dashboard.
Where on the platform does an advertiser go to manage their campaign?
Advertisers can manage their campaigns from their advertiser dashboard.
How does an advertiser pay?
